Most pre-owned, vintage, consignment, and resale items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all included packaging, tags, accessories, and authentication materials when applicable.
Return Window
If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item arrived with an issue not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of packaging, and a clear description of the concern. All cases are reviewed individually.

How To Start A Return
If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed fulfillment error. Phoenix Luxury is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
